01 — What this place is
We are not a rental.
We are a hub.
NVCBLE is where musicians in Melbourne’s south-east come to meet each other, write together and get songs finished. Come and hang out on a day you have nothing booked. Sit in on someone else’s session. Leave with a collaborator, or a track, or both.
It is an old brew house on an industrial street, five minutes off the Monash Freeway and the Princes Highway. The neighbours are fabricators and machine shops, so there is no curfew and nobody to keep quiet for. The space takes ten to fifteen people, which is the whole idea — small enough that everyone in it knows each other by the end of the day.

From first count-in to final master

Single
One song, start to finish, usually inside two days. Written, tracked, mixed and mastered without changing buildings.

A run of days held in one block so the band, the room and the engineer stay put until the last song is done.

Small-ensemble and to-picture work. Bring the cut, we will sit with you until the music lands on the frame.

Attended or unattended. Digital only — streaming-ready files, loudness checked, no CD and no pressing.

Mixing
Send us stems or finish what you started here. Recalls kept indefinitely, revisions never metered by the clock.
